APPLICATION LETTERS


1.  Define what an application letter is.
An application letter is a formal document that contain additional information about you when you go to applied for a job, Its contains extra information like idioms, skills in software and hardware and others.
Application letters is important because the interviewers can find your most relevant skills, experiences and reasons for your interest about the company.         
2.  When do you write an application letter?
When you are applying for a job and you carry the Curriculum Vitae you have to include an application letter to support the information.
3.  What is the structure of an application letter?
It is divided in three parts:
First paragraph: in this part you have to mention about the job what you are applying and reasons for your selection.
Middle paragraph: here you can mention your qualities to offer and skills to develop the job to which you are applying.
Last paragraph: in this final part you say thanks for the interview and you continue with he process for the hiring.
4.  Write 5 important TIPS for writing application letters.
ü  Give specific information about your skills about the job
ü  Write with good grammar and vocabulary
ü  Focus in your strengths
ü  Specific the idioms that you know
ü  Mention your interest in the new job
